I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this store. Prior to my visit, I clearly communicated my needs for a mala, specifically asking for all healthy, undamaged beads. The store agreed, prompting me to travel 160 km to see them in person. However, upon inspection, I found 3 damaged beads. When I raised this issue, the staff's dismissive response was shocking, especially for an item tied to devotion. I requested a remake with only healthy beads and was willing to wait, but their quote of ₹800 per bead, totaling ₹87,200 for 109 beads, was outrageous. This mala is available online for around ₹8,000, making their price hike unethical. This experience felt disrespectful to people's devotion. I expected honesty and integrity but received none. I strongly recommend others to carefully inspect every bead and be cautious about trusting verbal promises.
