Major Letdown – Unsatisfactory Customer Service I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this store. Prior to my visit, I clearly communicated my needs for a mala and specifically requested all healthy, undamaged beads. The store agreed to these terms, which is why I traveled a significant distance to see them in person. However, upon inspecting the mala at the store, I found that three beads were noticeably damaged. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they casually remarked that it was acceptable, which was quite shocking—especially for an item associated with devotion and faith. When I requested that they remake the mala using only healthy beads and expressed my willingness to wait, they quoted an exorbitant price: ₹800 per bead, totaling ₹87,200 for 109 beads. This is outrageous considering the same mala is available on their website for approximately ₹8,000. Charging over ten times the price simply because a customer requests quality, undamaged beads is unethical. This experience felt like a disregard for people’s devotion rather than a respectful approach. I anticipated honesty, transparency, and integrity—but received none. I would strongly recommend that others carefully inspect each bead and exercise caution before relying on verbal assurances.
