Extremely disappointing experience.
I was sent the wrong item, and when I contacted customer service, I was told it was “Final Sale” and therefore not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — even though the mistake was on their end.
To make matters worse, online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. The listed toll-free customer service number was completely unhelpful. I received no real resolution and no sense of urgency to fix the issue. It felt like I was being dismissed rather than helped.
Final sale policies should not apply when a company ships the wrong item. Standing behind your product and correcting mistakes should be basic customer service.
Very frustrating and not customer-friendly at all. I would not recommend ordering online unless you are willing to accept the risk.
