For a high end, 🇨🇦 brand, your customer service sucks! Bought a beautiful hooded coat, however the hood comes off as soon as you put the coat on. Have been trying to get it shipped to get fixed for a month now. Each e mail takes a week to get a reply, and then im told I have to pay shipping for it. Ridiculous! Very disappointed 😞 won't be dealing with Rudak in the future, there are other brands at this price point with amazing customer service.
I purchased three jackets from Rudsak, two of which were approximately $1000. When you pay this amount you expect to getting a product of good quality.
Two of the winter jackets have some leather accents on them. After wearing both jackets only a couple of times the leather accents have torn in a couple of spots. I did purchase the recommended leather spray and applied it before wearing. Frustrating as the jackets look poor quality with all the leather tears it them that occurred so quickly after paying a lot of money for it.
I contacted the customer service email approximately 1 month ago to see if there are any possibilities for repairs. I was told there is no specific repair service information for worn leather and my request will be transferred to a specialist team for further guidance on repair options or alternatives. I have never heard back the specialist team, even after attempting to send a second email.
When you call there phone number, it advises you to email.
Based on the customer service response, I would be hesitant to invest in another one of there products again.
Extremely disappointing experience.
I was sent the wrong item, and when I contacted customer service, I was told it was “Final Sale” and therefore not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — even though the mistake was on their end.
To make matters worse, online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. The listed toll-free customer service number was completely unhelpful. I received no real resolution and no sense of urgency to fix the issue. It felt like I was being dismissed rather than helped.
Final sale policies should not apply when a company ships the wrong item. Standing behind your product and correcting mistakes should be basic customer service.
Very frustrating and not customer-friendly at all. I would not recommend ordering online unless you are willing to accept the risk.
Rudsak has become a scam company although it advertise as being a luxury clothing store. That is only for the cost of their items. I bought in Dec a winter coat (900$) that I return immediately because it was big. Although they have received it on Dec 23 they have not issued a refund. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service but received no answer. Their phone is off line. So now I have lost 900$. Avoid this company by any means. Worst company.
Rudsak might want to rethink their return policy and customer service if they’re going to pretend to be a luxury brand in my opinion. Also instead of leaving a generic response that tells me they don’t care maybe actually do something to fix it.
I am writing this review as a serious warning to potential customers.
I purchased a Rudsak jacket online, but it arrived missing the hood, which is a basic and essential part of the product. I contacted customer service on January 9 and received only an automated email stating that my case would be reviewed within 10 days.
Since then, there has been no follow-up, no explanation, and no resolution. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company, but the chat lines are closed, and the phone lines do not work. There is no way to reach a real customer service representative.
How is this acceptable—especially after I was told I would be able to make a return?
For a high-priced, premium brand, this is a complete failure of customer service and shows a serious lack of accountability toward online customers.
I strongly advise buyers to avoid purchasing online from Rudsak. If something goes wrong, you may be left without any support at all.
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE! I spent $1700 worth of merchandise that they advertised WRONG on their website! The items I received are all oversized (fitting 2 sizes larger), however, are advertised as standard size on their webpage. they refuse to give me credit or exchange the items for a smaller size. DO NOT BUY FROM RUDSAK, they steal your money and don’t care about customer satisfaction or value. I’ve been trying to contact the company for a month and have gotten little to no response regarding the situation. Terrible company. Will not be purchasing again!
The jacket is warm, but the hood has issues! Living in Canada, I depend on my jacket during winter. A hood is essential for warmth and wind protection. Unfortunately, the snap button design allows the hood to detach easily, making it difficult to reattach while battling the winter wind. This flaw renders the jacket nearly ineffective and I feel it wasn’t worth the price I paid. This product should have undergone proper quality control before being released. I am seeking a clear resolution from the company and hope for satisfactory customer service in this matter.
I have sent four emails to the support team regarding an order I received over a span of more than ten days, yet I haven't even received an acknowledgment email. I know it's the correct email since they replied when my order was delayed. I even reached out through a professional network with no response. The order took a month to arrive, and when it did, one boot was new while the other appeared to be a returned item with scuff marks on the bottom. On the same day the order arrived, I contacted them with pictures, but they continue to ignore me. I've never encountered such a lack of customer service from a retailer.
I bought a jacket marked as Final Sale and followed the size guide on the website, which indicated I should order a Size S. Unfortunately, the jacket I received is significantly larger than what a Size S should be, not aligning with the online sizing information. Due to this discrepancy, I asked for either an exchange to a Size XS or a full refund, even though the item was final sale. The jacket remains unworn and in perfect condition. I received a response offering a one-time exception for a full refund and was told to wait for the return label. After waiting two weeks and following up, I still received no response. It has now been over a month, and despite multiple reminders for the return label, I have not heard back. Is this the standard of customer service?
