The ordering process was smooth, but my order was supposed to arrive seven days after purchase (ordered on the 23rd, with an expected delivery on the 1st). However, each day after the estimated delivery, the date kept being pushed back. It still hasn't arrived, despite promises of delivery by the 10th, and the tracking number indicates it doesn't exist. Additionally, reaching a human representative has been nearly impossible, as I only encountered automated responses from both the service and the tracking company. This has been incredibly frustrating! I'm considering canceling my order and purchasing from another retailer, as this was intended as a birthday gift for my child on the 30th.
