Ordering was straightforward, but my order was expected to arrive 7 days after purchase (ordered on the 23rd, with expected delivery by the 1st). Each day after the expected date, the delivery date was pushed back. It still hasn't arrived, even though it was supposed to be here by the 10th, and the tracking number shows it doesn't exist. Additionally, reaching anyone beyond an automated response has been very difficult, which has been frustrating! I'm considering canceling and ordering from another retailer since this was meant for my child's birthday on the 30th.

The waiting period was filled with ups and downs: I felt suspense about the legitimacy of my order, relief upon receiving confirmation and shipping notifications within three days, and anxiety when the shipping status stalled for over a week. I faced some frustration trying to reach a human representative through their automated system, and there were moments when I had to prove my identity to a chatbot. However, once I manually entered my contact information, I was able to connect with a real agent. Although I was skeptical when the agent mentioned limitations for international customers, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a timely update from an international team member. My tracking information improved, and despite a brief delay in transit, my dress arrived as promised on December 8. Overall, while I recommend allowing extra time for delivery, I found my experience to be quite positive. I appreciate the assistance I received and am happy that my package arrived just in time for my event.

The login process has become overly complicated, requiring several verifications to access my account. While I appreciate the products, I find the requirement to link my email account passwords excessive. I prefer to maintain different passwords for security.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a loyal customer for years, but my recent purchase of a high-end bag has been a letdown, as it has completely fallen apart. When I reached out to customer service, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. The return policy is inadequate for loyal customers. I will not be making any more purchases.
