I ordered a pair of boots almost a month ago. They HAVE NOT shipped or even moved the item once. They provided a tracking number that states the same. I asked for a refund. Was told NO because my item was on sale. WTF, who cares If it's on sale WHEN I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED IT!?!Horrible customer service...TERRIBLE SHIPPING...ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.
