I am a very good Rue La La customer. Bought a pair of Bruno Cucinello pants. Briefly glanced at them and they seemed okay. Tried them on to wear and there were 2 large gashes in the material on the lower right leg. I called to complain and the customer service rep (whom I could barely understand) said there was nothing they could do since the tags were removed. Very poor customer service! I believe the pants had been previously worn so add deceitful business practices to Rue La La’s. Review. DO NOT order from them!!! Dishonest business!!
