Ordered a rugby bag for our Grandson for Xmas on the 10th Nov with a high delivery fee of £14. As it’s still not arrived we have sent multiple emails with no response, customer services is terrible & no contact number to speak to a human being. We ordered in good faith as the college he attends recommended this. My Daughter will be contacting the college to make them aware. Any advice…..DONT ORDER from them.
