I had an amazing experience with Rugby Bricks. My son’s bag was damaged and they replaced it without any issues at all. The process was quick and handled with genuine care. Their customer service was friendly, responsive and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend Rugby Bricks!

I am over the moon happy with the Rugby Bricks company. I placed an order from Canada for my teen who plays Rugby. The Rugby Bricks Tee is his absolute favorite by far! We received many updates on the order ie: when it got on the plane, clearer customs etc. However it never made it to our house, even when it said it did. I emailed RB and they put a query into Canada Post right away. When nothing came from Canada Post, RB contacted me to resend the Tee. Their Customer Service is Top Notch! I would not hesitate to order from them again! Thanx Rugby Bricks, as well for all the free Youtube content 😉

Enjoyable experience

I have bought quite a few rugby tees from rugby bricks and the speed of delivery was excellent! The little added extras were a great surprise as well. I had a minor issue with one of the products and found Rugby Bricks to be very pro active and sort the problem out quick smart. Great company and great products.Thanks again

Excellent service.

I found Rugby Bricks an excellent Company to deal with. The delivery company messed up the delivery. But the customer service at Rugby Bricks sorted this out immediately and replaced the order…Excellent service, so I’m a happy customer.
