I rented the machine and initially thought it was great, but it used an excessive amount of water and solution. When I used the handheld part, it was leaking heavily. I followed the guide and tried tightening it, but nothing worked. The support line is closed. I paid a significant amount and haven’t even cleaned a small house yet. I see potential in this machine, but I have limited time to clean and can't get it to work.
