Acquiring and using the machine was very straightforward. I had no problems operating it. When I initially acquired it the brush and lower area was quite sandy so I rinsed it off before taking into my house. So check cleanliness at the store and decide if it’s reasonably clean. Also check each reservoir for old fluid mine had some.Overall quite happy with the product.
