Our new rug is stunning, comfortable underfoot, and appears to resist scratches from our cats. Any marks easily smooth out. The all-in-one design remains stable on the wooden floor without needing an unattractive or poorly fitting non-slip pad underneath. Timely special offers made the rug budget-friendly during our move. Free delivery was a fantastic perk. While delivery was fairly quick, figuring out the arrival time was somewhat challenging. The initial delivery attempt failed since no one was home, and there was no prior notice. There seemed to be no options for safe place delivery. A malfunctioning doorbell resulted in the rug being delivered to a neighbor. If it weren't for these minor issues, our rating would have been even higher. We truly love our new rug.
