When I inquired about what type of rug they were sending and if there were options available, they began to ignore my messages. I sent multiple emails with no response. After leaving a negative review, they finally replied, claiming they had emailed me and I hadn't responded. They eventually offered either a return or the complimentary rug, and I chose the latter, hoping for a better-quality item. However, there was still no information provided about what they would send. In the end, I received two identical rugs, and they both looked equally disappointing. I also felt uncertain about the return process and whether I would receive a refund due to their poor communication.
