I purchased the Adeline Dark Wood Tufted Rug (8x10) as a Mother's Day gift, and I was so disappointed when it arrived. The rug I received looks nothing like the photos on Ruggable’s website—both the color and overall design appear drastically different in person. It completely clashes with the aesthetic of my formal dining area.When I reached out to customer service with photos, I was met with a generic copy-paste response that didn’t acknowledge the issue. To make matters worse, I was told I’d have to pay a $25 return processing fee—even though the product was clearly misrepresented online.I expected higher quality control and more responsive customer care. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from Ruggable again.
