I ordered two rugs that came in one box, but they didn't meet my expectations. The return process required each rug to be sent back separately, which meant I had to find another box and pay for shipping for both, reducing my refund. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and will not shop with this seller again.
I like the items I bought, but I was fortunate with my selections. Some items will be returned because they appear cheap, and for nearly $1,000, I can't justify keeping them. To make matters worse, my request for a price adjustment was denied since the rug had already been delivered, forcing me to return the items. I'm uncertain about reordering.

The pad doesn’t fit well at all. Their tolerance is +/- 2 inches, meaning my rug could be 4 inches too large. Mine is 4.5 inches too large in one dimension, and customer service is blaming me for the installation instead of helping. Additionally, the print quality is subpar; not enough ink is used, leaving the underside white and making it look bad after just one vacuum.
Their customer service policies are frustrating. I faced unfair treatment during an exchange yesterday, which even the representative acknowledged. I have one of their rugs and needed the new one to match. Their exchange policy didn’t help my situation, resulting in a cost increase of over $50 for a small rug. I won't be buying from them again.
This company is problematic. I ordered a rug in July 2025, but only received two non-slip mats. I've been trying to resolve this since early August with no success. After contacting my bank to dispute the charge, I found out that if they mark a package as delivered, I’m considered responsible for the missing items. Now, I’m taking legal action against them due to this fraudulent behavior.
I was upset to find a $25 return fee on an $81 purchase when attempting to return a small rug the day after receiving it. It clearly doesn't cost that much to process the return. This seems designed to discourage unhappy customers from returning products. I’ll be avoiding this seller in the future.

I prefer being able to speak with a real person, as I did with another service. Until they improve their customer support, I won’t be returning.
