Although I really like all the design choices Ruggable offers, I’m not at all confident with the customer service. My rug pad has been shedding for a few years now and it creates quite a mess. Customer service offered me 15% off if I buy a new pad from them.If you’re on their email list you’ll know they give out the same offer every other week, haha!No thanks, I’ll pass on that.
