I ordered a soft handle and screen protector, but the protector had a few minor bubbles. Overall, I’d rate it 95% positive. The handle is somewhat flimsy, but that’s not a major issue. However, the tiny screws for the handle were slightly misaligned, making installation tricky. Still, I was so satisfied with the first purchase that I bought a newer model for myself shortly after! Finding a fitting screen protector can be challenging, so it might have been worth it to have it pre-installed. The battery life on the older model was good, despite warnings, while the newer one drains faster. I can't comment on the quality of cheaper batteries but they are an option if needed. Shipping was reasonably fast, not as quick as some services, but well-packaged. Overall, I'm a happy customer and would consider using this service again.
