An easy way to get a rug. Plenty of time to choose without feeling you are being forced to buy something, as you may be with an over-zealous assistant in a shop or department store. We needed one quickly for our office and were not disappointed. Would we deal again? Absolutely!
An easy way to get a rug. Plenty of time to choose without feeling you are being forced to buy something, as you may be with an over-zealous assistant in a shop or department store. We needed one quickly for our office and were not disappointed. Would we deal again? Absolutely!
Orders came in a few days, questions I had were answered asap, and the hole customer service line was very friendly. Carpets were premium quality, I ordered four different wool carpets (persians, Ziegler etc.), one old carpet, and they all were pure and clean and premium quality. Colours and the quality were just as in the pictures. Now I have returned three of those four carpets, and the only minus I can state is that this returning process had minor problems. The shipping labels weren't right from the first moment, one should check all this stuff carefully, but after I send e-mail got this fixed properly. Now I only wait to see if the money back quarantee is as quick as their other work!

During past two years, I've used several webshops in my renovation projects and Rugvists ranks clearly at the very top. In my experience, best way to really evaluate the performance of a webshop is to see how they can cope with following: matching physical delivery to the order process, operating a professional customer service & dealing with unexpected events such as returns.
I have nothing but praise to say about Rugvista's performance in all these areas: I ordered a matching set of eight carpets to my corridors. My order was processed immediately and shipped internationally to my home within three days. Once I received the carpets, I noticed to my dissatisfaction that the shade of color didn't quite match my expectations and surely not my original intent. I contacted Rugvista's customer service who picked up my call immediately, processed it friendly and professionally - and by that same evening, my return shipment was already on its way back to Sweden and a new set of differently colored carpets on their way to my home. Three days later, I had my perfect new set of carpets - as well as a confirmation that the previous set had been received and my account respectively credited. E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T service and performance.
And no - this is not a paid advertisement. :) As I said in the beginning, I've dealt recently with so many webshops that I can recognize an exceptional performance when I see it: and good work should not go unrewarded. My next carpets will come from: Rugvista.
