It operates with a mob-like mentality. Despite not offering any benefits to therapists, it maintains excessive control over their public images, altering profiles and photos without consent. The platform has a history of unethical, retaliatory practices in its pursuit of high profit margins from independent contractor therapists. It has no place in the mental health industry at all. I would rate it zero stars if that were an option.
