Billing me for sessions that I believed were to be covered by my insurance was upsetting. I mentioned it to my therapist, (who agreed that sessions should have been covered) a step that should have been unnecessary. She said she would look into it and it was then that I saw it had been charged to my credit card. I tried to dispute it with the card issuer, but was told that it was "pending" and I couldn't dispute it until it was paid.
I then heard from Rula that working it out with my insurance could take 30 to 45 days, during which time I expected to have more sessions.
There didn't seem to be any way of contacting a live person until after I cancelled my membership. It was then that I got nice emails from "Lessly" and "Danny".
