The shipping costs are too high, and on top of that, you have to pay for insurance. I'm not happy with this, but the most frustrating thing is the delay; they take far too long to ship one or more bottles that they already have in stock. I think that if they're going to take so many days—more than two weeks since the auction ended—they should charge less to compensate for the delay, since they are quite demanding when it comes to collecting payment. They do that quickly, very quickly, but the shipping is terrible.
