I began my journey in May 2025 and over the span of 6 months, I lost 7 kg. Although I did notice some improvement, I was genuinely hoping for more significant results given the time and effort I invested. The team was encouraging and the atmosphere was uplifting, but the final outcome fell short of my expectations. Overall, it might be effective for others, but it didn't quite provide the results I was looking for.
