To be honest, I didn't have much hope when I joined, but I was surprised by the results! I lost 21 kg during this journey. The support from the entire team was amazing, which made the whole thing very easy for me. I am really impressed by their sincerity.
I began my journey in May 2025 and over the span of 6 months, I lost 7 kg. Although I did notice some improvement, I was genuinely hoping for more significant results given the time and effort I invested. The team was encouraging and the atmosphere was uplifting, but the final outcome fell short of my expectations. Overall, it might be effective for others, but it didn't quite provide the results I was looking for.
