The first pair was labeled size 5 but was actually size 3, which didn’t fit. The second pair was the right size but felt unstable, making me feel like I could injure myself. I felt let down. The site promised easy refunds, so I returned them, but after a long wait, the package was returned to me due to an incorrect address. I contacted them, but communication was poor. After several attempts for a refund, I gave up. It’s disappointing to see a once-reputable company fall short.
