Long delivery but good shoes

Had I checked the reviews first, I might have hesitated. However, my two pairs of shoes arrived in Norway after 3.5 weeks. They are quite nice. I reached out to the support team during the wait, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response. Despite the delay, I feel inclined to give 4 stars. Many online retailers are faster these days, which made me a bit impatient, but I suppose 3.5 weeks is acceptable.

Took 3.5 weeks for delivery

Had I read the reviews, I might not have ordered, but my two pairs of shoes were delivered to Norway 3.5 weeks after placing my order. The shoes are really nice. I did reach out to the support team for an update while waiting, but I didn't get a reply. Still, I wanted to give 4 stars. Many online stores are faster these days, so I got a bit impatient, but 3.5 weeks is reasonable, I guess.

Never received my shoes or a response

I placed an order and received an order confirmation, but no shipment confirmation. The website states that shoes should be dispatched within 24 hours and shipping takes 3-5 days. I ordered on July 29th, and now it's August 12th without a shipping confirmation or the shoes. I've contacted customer service multiple times with no replies.

Great experience with this shop

I had a very positive experience with this shop, contrary to many reviews here. Yes, it took a while for the shoes to arrive, but that was expected given the long journey from Portugal to Cyprus. My emails were answered, I received a tracking number, and the shoes arrived as ordered in excellent condition and packaging.

Caution for international orders

Caution for anyone ordering from this seller. I ordered dance shoes worth €710.50 and was not informed about customs charges. Now, I'm facing an additional £190+ in import fees, which were not mentioned at checkout. Additionally, I was wrongly charged VAT for an international order. Despite several emails, my refund request is being ignored. This is not how a professional business should operate. If you’re considering buying internationally, be warned about hidden customs fees and the difficulties in getting a refund.

Frustrating return process

I ordered several pairs of shoes to try on, as the seller claims easy returns. The items arrived quickly. I decided to return some and initiated the process. I received an email asking for feedback on how they could improve. I returned the shoes on time and tracked the package to confirm delivery. However, I never received a refund or further communication. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but my efforts went unanswered. It seems they only responded initially to resell the shoes but had no intention of refunding me. After months and a call to customer service, a representative assured me they'd resolve the issue, but nothing happened. If you face a similar situation, consider reporting them to your payment service, although buyer protection may not cover returns.

Avoid this shop!

Like many others, I was scammed by this shop. I requested an exchange but never received a new pair. When I asked for a refund, my emails were ignored, forcing me to initiate a refund through my bank. They also did not reimburse me for return postage. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Disappointing experience with new shoes

I had a great pair of shoes from this company many years ago and trusted them for a new pair. I ordered two new dance shoes for around 200 pounds. The first pair was labeled size 5 but was actually size 3, which didn’t fit. The second pair was the right size but felt unstable, making me feel like I could injure myself. I felt let down. The site promised easy refunds, so I returned them, but after a long wait, the package was returned to me due to an incorrect address. I contacted them, but communication was poor. After several attempts for a refund, I gave up. It’s disappointing to see a once-reputable company fall short.

No refund received

I received the wrong sole on one pair of shoes I ordered. I contacted them and returned all the shoes. They confirmed receipt, but since then, I've been unable to reach them. I ordered in February, and now it’s April 30th without my refund. I previously ordered from them and loved the shoes, but now it seems if they don’t fit, you won’t get your money back. If I don’t hear back this week, I’ll report the company.

Customer service lacking

It took 3 weeks to receive my shoes instead of the 5 days promised on their website. While the shoes seem good quality, the customer service is poor. They only replied to one of my emails. I did receive the pair I ordered, which is slightly big, but even if I wanted to send it back, they don’t respond to my emails. I would not recommend them.
