I Ordered my shoes over a month ago and them still not received them, I have sent several emails and messages and not one of them has been replied too! I needed my shoes for a dance show. 2 weeks ago my order allegedly had been shipped, and is only meant to take 3-5 days! I'm still waiting. There is a tracking number but when you click on it it does nothing. You've had my money, I want my purchase. After years of being a loyal and long term customer, tis means nothing! So I will never buy from or recommend this company again. Poor customer service. Do NOT USE. I would actually give them 0 starsI'm thinking about taking legal action. Consumers rights
