I’ve never left a negative review before, but I’m appalled by the customer service and return policy of this company. I returned a dress that didn’t fit, but my return was denied due to claimed damage and 'animal hair.' They provided a photo showing five small hair strands. This could have been resolved quickly. I had the dress out of its original packaging for under 10 minutes. I feel completely scammed and frustrated. To get my dress back, I have to pay for shipping again after already paying for delivery and return. I've now paid for shipping three times for a dress that doesn't even fit. I was really looking forward to this dress for my bridal outfit and am very upset. Please avoid this company.
