Avoid shopping with this brand! The prices are high, and the customer service is lacking. In fact, you might get better support elsewhere. I placed my order on Saturday, expecting to receive it within a week after paying for express shipping. Living in Melbourne and knowing this is an Australian brand, I anticipated timely service. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Four days later, my order hasn’t even been dispatched! I reached out to customer service and only received apologies without any solutions. After following up, I was told they are currently out of the office. The customer service is appalling, and the costs for basic items are unreasonable. As I mentioned, don't waste your time with this brand.
The designs are truly delightful and of high quality—completely worth the price. I’ve been looking for dresses for wedding guests and am impressed with the great options available. The customer service is very responsive and genuinely helpful, making it clear that the company values its customers, which I haven't always felt elsewhere. Overall, I highly recommend this service and I’m confident I’ll be shopping here again for future events.
I bought three dresses and all three had different measurements than listed in the size guide. One of the dresses was an xxS. I ended up paying $30 for delivery, plus $50 for taxes and service charges, and another $75 to return them. I will use my store credit but won't be purchasing from this store again.
The designs are really cute and of high quality—definitely worth the price. I’ve been searching for wedding guest dresses and found excellent options here. The customer support is very responsive and truly helpful, making it feel like the company cares about its customers, unlike some previous experiences I've had. Overall, I highly recommend this service and I plan to shop here again for future events.
I’ve never left a negative review before, but I’m appalled by the customer service and return policy of this company. I returned a dress that didn’t fit, but my return was denied due to claimed damage and 'animal hair.' They provided a photo showing five small hair strands. This could have been resolved quickly. I had the dress out of its original packaging for under 10 minutes. I feel completely scammed and frustrated. To get my dress back, I have to pay for shipping again after already paying for delivery and return. I've now paid for shipping three times for a dress that doesn't even fit. I was really looking forward to this dress for my bridal outfit and am very upset. Please avoid this company.
While the company replies to emails, the shipping time is slow and not dispatched within the promised 1-3 days for express post. I’m still waiting after 4 business days for my order to be dispatched. I purchased from another company and my item was sent the next day. Paying extra for express post feels like a waste of money when the same dress is available elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Buyer beware.
The product quality is absolutely terrible. I wore the shirt once, washed it, and it started de-threading. When I contacted customer service for a refund or replacement, they refused because 'it’s been worn once.' This is clearly a defective product, and their customer service is horrendous. I’ve filed a chargeback claim with my bank. DO NOT BUY.
