While the company replies to emails, the shipping time is slow and not dispatched within the promised 1-3 days for express post. I’m still waiting after 4 business days for my order to be dispatched. I purchased from another company and my item was sent the next day. Paying extra for express post feels like a waste of money when the same dress is available elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Buyer beware.
