Avoid shopping with this brand! The prices are high, and the customer service is lacking. In fact, you might get better support elsewhere. I placed my order on Saturday, expecting to receive it within a week after paying for express shipping. Living in Melbourne and knowing this is an Australian brand, I anticipated timely service. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Four days later, my order hasn’t even been dispatched! I reached out to customer service and only received apologies without any solutions. After following up, I was told they are currently out of the office. The customer service is appalling, and the costs for basic items are unreasonable. As I mentioned, don't waste your time with this brand.
