Whenever you speak to anyone on this team they’re incredibly snotty and combative. I spoke with Samantha via WhatsApp and the condescending attitude and tone was vile. They do not want to help you. They do not act reasonably providing notice or explanations or reminders before taking any action or sending someone to your property. I spoke directly with the council myself to reset an arrangement and they agreed - this company is unreasonable, unsympathetic and money hungry. Ignore what their letters say as they try to purposely intimidate you by saying things like “full payment ONLY” and tell you you can’t contact the people you owe directly as they want the debt to stay with them so they can continue making money off of you. Call the people you owe directly and you will likely speak to people far more reasonable and understanding that aren’t interested in capitalising on your financial difficulties.
