I asked that a Council Tax enforcement be placed on hold as the person who runs the business in question is suffering from Parkinson’s Disease, is in a nursing home, and does not have the capacity to attend to their business affairs. I explained that we are waiting for Power of Attorney (PoA) to be authorised to the Deputy PoW, at which point the business bank account will be accessible and the dept paid. Rundles were very clear to me that the matter would not be placed on hold, thereby inferring that they will proceed with harassing and prosecuting a very sick man, even though there is currently no access to funds. Rundles should be ashamed of themselves.
