This company are a complete disgrace and have absolutely no shame in how disgusting and unreasonable they are with people!! Took my debt on from the council and gave just one week (2 days after Christmas) to pay a 20% deposit and set-up a payment plan!! I called them as soon as they were open in the new year to explain I did not have the deposit until the 6th January and even after showing them my empty bank account they refused to prevent any bailiffs coming to my door over the Christmas and new year period. I spoke to multiple people on the contact centre and they had absolutely no interest in helping. All I asked was an extra week to get the deposit together to prevent increasing the debt and having threatening men at my door over the Christmas break! Never encountered such heartless and unhelpful people in all of my life. They’ve not forced me into a 6 month repayment plan I also cannot afford but they don’t care. Their response was simply that if I don’t pay they’ll add on more fees! Most disgusting company possible!
