The communication is poor and minimal. In my case they told me to be patient with the issue which i was then Hades said i was all set... Like what does that mean and no money was returned to my account. So basically if there is any problem with your account be sure the ticket will be opened and you will be neglected with proper procedure. Everything happens for a reason. It's not worth using this sportsbook because it's super unprofessional and borderline scamming people. There is absolute no trust between players and the organization.
