I got 1m free coins from a bonus code and played away 500k and won 400k back so i was at 900k then i tried to withdraw and i waited for 25mins and no1 answered and 5 minutes after admins literally took away my coins.

Damn thieves... they just won't give you your gold back... They always have a ready answer, that "I don't have stock to process this withdraw currently." NEVER, NEVER TRUST RUNECHAT.COM!

i have waged alot here and lost alot, alsooo i have wonn alott it is just that i have no limit playing, i stopped playin for a long time and tried to check if i still had some gp left in this acc. i had 46m got it to 80m and tried to withdraw it. i thought they were givin me a hard time to withdraw the gp but it wasnt them givin me hard time at all. they were confused cause i stopped for 4 years playing and didsnt see any deposits. so if you are funded you have to wage some gp at least a mil on 2x cause u cant get funded here and just withdraw gp. that should be done in trade on the rs game itselff! so eventually theyy helped me and stuck with my dumbb questions and eventually just paid me my gp out. honestly i was releived cause that showd me these guys ainnttt scammers . we scamm ourselves by gambling dumb and losing and giving the the fault but guys i swear, we need to check a mirror cause its not them scamming us. they will help u littrlyy at their outmost and stand w evry (dumb) question we have. honestly i give this site an A for customurservice and litlry honest work!!
Basically I initiated a BTC transfer from crypto.com to runechat and I lost about 40$ in the process. The communication is poor and minimal. In my case they told me to be patient with the issue which i was then Hades said i was all set... So basically if there is any problem with your account be sure the ticket will be opened and you will be neglected with proper procedure. Everything happens for a reason.
