I ordered a garment from RunnerInn for an upcoming trip to South Africa. When I received the confirmation, the delivery date was so far in the future that I would have already left for my trip. I contacted their website to cancel my order, where their AI assistant agreed to cancel the order and issue a full credit. Whilst I was in South Africa I received notification that the garment had been delivered !! After countless communications, which I presume are also with AI, I have still to received my credit. This organisation hides behind its AI customer service, fails to acknowledge its errors, and makes getting a credit entirely impossible.DO NOT USE RUNNERINN, THEY ARE APPALLING !!!
