I wrote a Google review. Took payment from me for an order and the page took me back to my basket with no order being made. They then replied to my review saying to reach out to customer service. I already did this so they did not check. Got a pre made message back not helping me at all. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Please reach out to me if you see this
I ordered a garment from RunnerInn for an upcoming trip to South Africa. When I received the confirmation, the delivery date was so far in the future that I would have already left for my trip. I contacted their website to cancel my order, where their AI assistant agreed to cancel the order and issue a full credit.
Whilst I was in South Africa I received notification that the garment had been delivered !! After countless communications, which I presume are also with AI, I have still to received my credit. This organisation hides behind its AI customer service, fails to acknowledge its errors, and makes getting a credit entirely impossible.
DO NOT USE RUNNERINN, THEY ARE APPALLING !!!
I purchased shoes over 3 weeks ago. No delivery, broken delivery promises, no updates, ignored emails to customer services. Just a disgrace. It’s just a shame you can’t give a minus rating PS since writing this review 3 hours ago apparently there was a failed attempt to deliver my purchases. No email or text notifying a delivery. I was at home at the relevant time. No card left confirming failed attempt to deliver. Runner inn contact the driver. I’ll give him £20 if he comes back!!! COWBOYS. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

On 07/01/2026, I placed an order, as shown on the website.The order arrived on 12/01/2026, as indicated by the company InPost, but I did not collect it.On 12/01/2026, the product was returned to the sender, as shown on the InPost website.On 15/01/2026, the sender received the product, as shown on the InPost website.However, the sender is not taking responsibility for the matter and claims that the product was not returned, even though the InPost website clearly shows that it was received on 15/01/2026.When I contacted the transport company, they confirmed that the item was returned.
