I ordered trainers for my daughter that she needed for school. The estimated delivery date allowed plenty of time before school started. They arrived a week after the latest estimated date of delivery and after she needed them, she had to borrow a pair of trainers for the 1st PE lesson. When I complained they offered me a 5% discount on next purchase as long as I made the order within a month.Don't bother with them, order from somewhere else.In response to this review they want to know the order number to verify what happened. So terrible delivery. Poor customer service and then you get accused of lying. Great company.Message to Runnerinn:I can't see how to send the order number to you directly. Try looking in the complaints department for complaints about late delivery. If there are too many for you to find me you have too many complaints about your delivery and should do something to fix it!
