I do not recommend this store.
I purchased running shoes online and returned them within 14 days because the size was too large. The shoes were only tried on indoors, exactly as you would in a physical store. There was no outdoor use – only minimal marks on the sole from walking at home.
Despite this, the company claimed the shoes were “used” and initially offered only a partial refund with a 30% deduction, which already seemed excessive and unjustified.
What is worse, the actual refund I received was only 30% of the purchase price, which contradicts their own proposal and raises serious concerns about how they handle returns and customer payments.
The company was unable to clearly explain what justified such a significant reduction in value or how it was calculated.
In my opinion, this is not in line with EU consumer rights, which allow customers to try products at home before deciding to keep them.
I have escalated the case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC).
Be very careful when ordering from this store, especially if you might need to return the product.
