I had high hopes for Runway AI's video generation, but the results were absolutely terrible. The output was unusable, incoherent, and nowhere near what was advertised. None of the materials were usable for my project.To make matters worse, when I reached out for a refund, it was flatly refused despite the product clearly not delivering on its promises. I ended up wasting both time and money. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone looking for professional or even basic creative tools.Avoid at all costs.
