Then I received a small helmet. The system of helmet exchange on the website was broken. So I contacted Ben again and asked for the bigger one. He reacted immediately and helped me to receive the size that fits me, which I received in two days. His support and answers were really quick and I received them in less than one hour after writing an email. Really happy with the support and I really appreciate their help.

In the beginning, Ruroc founders launched the world's first full-face snow-sports helmet. Today it is the globally renowned RG1-DX. Less than three months later, Ruroc launched the LITE Ski/Snowboard range. An open-face, pro-performance helmet tried and tested by some of the world’s greatest snow athletes; including Max Parrot, Tanner Hall, LJ Strenio and more.
