Ordered a ruroc ruby carbon helmet which was confirmed and posted ultra quick. Unfortunately I didn’t fill out my order correctly to claim my free shockwave, Katie came to my rescue and posted the shockwave to me free of charge. Helmet looks and feels fantastic.

Bought a helmet and the look and material were fabulous, but the size was a bit to little for my head so i changed it with the bigger size. The procedure was really easy and fast also thanks to the assistant Daniel, who helped me with it.
I purchased the Ruroc AT4 carbon helmet and had a high side crash at roughly 45-50mph. I was ejected from the bike landing face first. I suffered a fractured T6 vertebrae. I had almost zero bruising on my face, helmet and face shield remained intact. Helmet protected me perfectly from a serious crash and I’ve already ordered an identical replacement.
Every question was replied in almost no time and Katie did her best to help me. I am glad to buy Ruroc because I know if anything happens, the brand and the Katie (<3) ready to help.

I received my amazing carbon fibre Helmet from RUROC today and love it, however it was a little small so I need to exchange, Daniel from customer service went over and beyond to help and make it a super easy process, will definitely be recommending this company :)
Order a At 4.0 Carbon. Measurements were slightly off and minor QC error with the inner foam. Contacted the team and Charlotte help me through the exchange process. They responded quickly and the process was smooth. New helmet arrives in a weeks time. Excellent customer service.
