My wife and I visited the Russell Dean showroom to look for a new 3 piece suite, we were impressed with the choice on display, and liked one made by vale, we spoke to Josh who was very helpful with advice and suggested we look at the vale showroom over the road who had more suite's of a similar design, there we met Dawn who showed us round their stock, from which we eventually chose a design and materials, Dawn was very patient! and helpful with advice, and made a great cup of tea. we ordered a suite and were quoted 6 to 8 weeks delivery, it arrived promptly 6 weeks later.
