I placed an order for a bed over 2 weeks ago...

I placed an order for a bed online more than two weeks ago, but the customer service keeps saying they have escalated the issue to their warehouse. The staff seem incompetent and indifferent about whether I receive my order. I've been waiting for their delivery department to reach out regarding a delivery date. No one should have to endure this level of ineptness and frustration. They should be shut down entirely.
