Very dissatisfied with the service

I am very disappointed with the service. I paid for my order and was promised delivery on the same day, but it never arrived. The next day, I called and was told that it would take another three days. It's frustrating to hear that they still have undelivered items from early December. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied.

Frustrating Experience with Delivery

I ordered a bed online over two weeks ago, and the customer service keeps saying they have escalated the issue to their warehouse. The staff seem incompetent and indifferent about whether I receive my order. I have been waiting for their delivery department to reach out regarding a delivery date. No one should have to endure this level of frustration and incompetence. They should really reconsider their operations.

I placed an order for a bed online more than two weeks ago, but the customer service keeps saying they have escalated the issue to their warehouse. The staff seem incompetent and indifferent about whether I receive my order. I've been waiting for their delivery department to reach out regarding a delivery date. No one should have to endure this level of ineptness and frustration. They should be shut down entirely.
