Avoid the hype surrounding this organization. My experience has been disappointing from the very beginning. I ordered interior sidelights for my home and requested an estimated delivery time before making my purchase. I was informed it would take one to two weeks. Based on that, I paid $2800 for sidelights measuring sixteen inches by nine feet. Two weeks passed without any updates. At the end of the second week, I reached out via email for an update but received no response. I followed up again at the end of the third week, both through email and a phone call, but still heard nothing. By the end of the fourth week, my wife called, and I emailed once more, only to be met with silence again. When they finally got back to me, a representative dismissed my concerns, stating they receive many inquiries. They also informed me that the sidelights being built were actually twenty inches wide instead of the sixteen inches I ordered. She suggested having them pre-hung, which I agreed to. A credit of $2800 was issued, and I was told someone would call me on Monday. I was advised to call them if I didn’t hear back. I requested a call back from the representative, but instead received an email claiming I had never called. She later provided her cell phone number for me to contact her the next day. I texted and called again, but there was still no reply. After five weeks without resolution, I just want my money back. I no longer wish to engage with this organization, as they clearly do not prioritize their customers. For your own peace of mind, I recommend looking elsewhere.
