Avoid this organization at all costs.

Avoid this organization at all costs. My experience has been frustrating from the beginning. I needed sidelights for my home and inquired about the expected delivery time before placing my order. I was informed it would take one to two weeks, so I paid 2800 dollars for two sidelights measuring sixteen inches by nine feet. Two weeks went by with no updates. At the end of the second week, I sent an email for an update but received no response. After the third week, I emailed again and called, yet still got no reply. By the end of the fourth week, my spouse called and I sent another email, but again there was no response. When they finally reached out, a representative dismissed my concerns, stating they receive many inquiries. I was informed that the sidelights being constructed were actually twenty inches wide instead of the sixteen inches I ordered. They suggested I have them pre-hung, which I agreed to. A credit of 2800 dollars was issued, and I was told someone would call me on Monday, with the advice to reach out if I didn't hear back. I called requesting a return call from the representative, but instead received an email claiming I had never called. Later, I was given a personal contact number but after texting and calling again, I received no response. Now, five weeks in, I see no resolution ahead. At this point, I just want my money back and to cease all interactions with this organization, as they clearly do not prioritize their customers. For your own well-being, I strongly recommend seeking alternatives.

Flaking Hardware Issues

The barn door hardware flaked off from the wheels, disintegrating into tiny pieces! They refuse to address the problem! It's unfortunate that many retailers now carry their products.

Terrible Experience

This place is awful. I ordered a barn door handle for around $60 and waited endlessly for the product. After reaching out multiple times without any answers, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They contacted the company repeatedly, but still received no response. It took 4.5 months to finally get my money back for a simple door handle. The customer service is terrible, and I suggest shopping elsewhere to avoid frustration.

Poor Communication

I paid $60 for a small window unit and have reached out multiple times without receiving a response. I was never given tracking information, and when I called, the number was no longer in service. I've sent numerous emails with no reply. I wouldn't recommend this place; it feels like a scam to take your money.

Disappointing Quality

I purchased about $20,000 worth of doors from this place, and all of our exterior doors have visibility issues. The company claims the warranty is void because we stained them, but these doors are not solid; they are 3D printed! We ended up ordering good-quality doors from a local hardware store for much less. I feel completely cheated. Buyer beware!

Read the Fine Print

Be sure to read the fine print. I ordered a barn door hanger (which I didn’t open) and was informed that I would only receive credit for their online store. This was not mentioned during the order process. They claimed it was due to the item being custom made, but it shipped less than four hours after I ordered it, which seems hard to believe.

Frustrating Customer Service

I purchased a custom exterior dutch door for a new build. After priming and painting it with three coats, the grills are warping on the $3600 door. Customer service has told me three times that they cannot assist. I only requested the grill grate to replace it myself, as it’s not even attached to the door. I’ve been told no three times now. Poor customer service—don’t waste your money!

Disappointed with Customer Service

I rate this organization poorly due to their lack of customer service. When I pointed out that a simple $2 part could significantly improve a rail misalignment issue with their barn door hardware, my recommendation went unanswered. My repeated requests for the part have also gone ignored.

Frustration with Order Process

I initially left a positive review but am now feeling frustrated. My door arrived with the wrong hardware, and customer service claimed it was a computer glitch, promising an expedited replacement. However, I later discovered that the wrong track was ordered, which they insisted was my fault. They sent out the correct track but insisted I pay for shipping. After receiving the correct track, I got another duplicate. When I called to inquire about the hangers, I found out the order had never been processed. This is simply ridiculous, especially considering the high price of the door.
