I initially left a positive review but am now feeling frustrated. My door arrived with the wrong hardware, and customer service claimed it was a computer glitch, promising an expedited replacement. However, I later discovered that the wrong track was ordered, which they insisted was my fault. They sent out the correct track but insisted I pay for shipping. After receiving the correct track, I got another duplicate. When I called to inquire about the hangers, I found out the order had never been processed. This is simply ridiculous, especially considering the high price of the door.
