I am very unsatisfied. I ordered limewash paint, and one tin arrived in a completely different shade despite having the same label. I only realized it once it dried, and now half my walls and ceiling are a mess. Fixing it will require starting over and purchasing three new tins. Customer service showed no interest, offered no follow-up or apology, and would only refund one tin. I wasted £300 and added days to my project. I would not recommend this service; there are much better options available.
